CEWARN, IGAD's Conflict Early Warning and Response Mechanism, is looking to contract an innovative and established conflict, security and development focused research institute to assist in data collection and analysis for the purpose of developing conflict early warning information that leads to local and national responses in the Karamoja and Somali clusters that link peace, security and economic development.
