Numerical Machining Complex Consultancy Services for Training of Staff.

Background of the company:

Numerical machining complex is a Government agency under the ministry of Industrialization whose current mandate is commercial production of steel, engineering design and development of machinery and components.

In order to implement the quarterly work plan in line with the performance contracting requirements, Numerical machining complex wishes to invite Expressions of interest from suitably qualified firms to offer training for staff in the following areas:

Type of Training

1. Staff sensitization workshop on Gender and Disability

2. HIV/Aids peer Educators and counselors training

3. ICT-Web Development Training

Firm’s Eligibility:

The following conditions must be met by all the firms expressing interest:

(a) Must be registered with the Directorate of Industrial training.

(b) Must have trained at least four (4) Government institutions.

(c) Must have reputable and certified trainers/consultants.

Required Documents:

The following documents shall be provided:

(a) Covering letter (capability statement) duly signed by an authorized company representative.

(b) Certified copies of the original documents defining the legal status, principle place of business, financial statements for the last three years.

(c) Company profile.

(d) Relevant information & documents illustrating experience and suitability for the job.

(e) Declaration of any conflict of interest with NMC

(f) Declaration of any pending litigation.

EOI Submission

The EOI is to be enclosed in plain sealed envelope marked Confidential: EOI consultancy services for staff training NO……..and deposited in the tender Box located at the reception of Numerical machining complex offices situated along workshop Road within Railway central workshops addressed to:
